Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat rate shipping of $6.99 on U.S. orders under $75

  • Free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $75 or more

Delivery Time
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Address Accuracy & Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If you notice that an incorrect or incomplete address was entered, you must email us immediately at info@hautecandlecompany.com. Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped and are not guaranteed once processing has begun.

Haute Candle Company is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Haute Candle Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  • Checking with household members or neighbors

  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly for additional details

While we are not responsible for carrier-related issues, we are happy to assist by providing tracking information when needed.


Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the intimate, skin-safe, and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@hautecandlecompany.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement.
