Will the oil feel greasy or waxy?

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you notice an incorrect or incomplete address, email us immediately at info@hautecandlecompany.com. Address changes can only be made before your order ships and are not guaranteed once processing has begun.
My package says delivered but I cannot find it. What should I do?
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or contacting the carrier directly. We are happy to provide tracking information if needed.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the intimate, skin safe, and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review and assist with a replacement if approved.
